team of local volunteers dedicated to promoting Labour across the parliamentary constituency.&nbsp; Our Labour councillors serve residents on East Lindsey District Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Louth and Horncastle is a large, rural constituency in Lincolnshire.&nbsp; Its main towns are Louth, Horncastle , Mablethorpe, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby and
