Jonathan Slater has been meeting members of the farming community in Louth and Horncastle. He has attended an NFU branch meeting in Louth and listened to their concerns. On a farm visit, Jonathan talked about some of the matters he would take up if elected, including supporting farmers in their relationship with supermarkets, flood defences, holding the Environment Agency more to account and investing in national food security.
Local farm family member William Allis endorsed Jonathan as the candidate that will fight for farmers in the local area.
